SERVICE PLAN

     Simply Refreshing’s plan to engage our local community and the world around us is not considered a task or chore by any means. It is an opportunity to serve and share with the people in and beyond our normal sphere of influence. It is an exciting chance to express our own appreciation and gratitude for the ways in which we have been blessed. Simply Refreshing is an entity grounded in the understanding that our business’s positive impact must reach much deeper than merely the bottom line. While it is true that we are a company driven by our passion and commitment to business, we cannot avoid nor deny the truth that our service endeavors ultimately thrive and acquire success from the realization that we are called to be God’s hands and feet to those around us.
     Our business is a service. It is why we exist; therefore we must put forth nothing shy of our highest degree of effort and attention into seeing the effects of these ministries thrive and surpass even our own expectations. There can be no cutting corners when it comes to the dedication and work ethic backing this company’s ministry pursuits. Any prosperity that Simply Refreshing obtains as a business must be attributed to our unwavering focus on the company mission and goals we have set before us. In order to reach that maximum potential as a company we must not deviate in the slightest from the service aspect of this organization.
     Over the years many companies in our world have formed and dissolved without ever purposefully touching the lives of people in a positive way. Our underlying mission as the service department of Simply Refreshing is to leave the world a better place than we found it. While this is a daunting task and often oversimplified concept, our plan as a company is to take on and devote ourselves to as big a part of this social need as we can while still maintaining the superior quality and performance of our business venture.

DAYTON GOSPEL MISSION

We will be investing our time at Camp Jabez, which is run by the Dayton Gospel Mission. Camp Jabez provides a loving, safe atmosphere through its use of horses and outdoor recreation. They exist to provide a fun-filled Christian environment for youth, while demonstrating love and leadership in order to instill confidence in them and impart the truth of God's word to them.

 

BLOOD:WATER MISSION

We will be donating all of our profit to the Blood:Water Mission. They are a non-profit organization founded by members of Jars of Clay to help resolve the HIV/AIDS crisis in Africa. They promote both clean blood and clean water efforts through building clean water wells, supporting medical facilities, and transforming communities.
