The Children's Rescue Center began in 1991 as a ministry to inner city Springfield. Their philosophy is "to be Jesus' hands and feet to whoever the Holy Spirit brings, and to see His Spirit in children of all ages." Their mission is "to facilitate the love of Jesus Christ to children and families in the inner city by providing services and activities to meet individual needs with a holistic, comprehensive approach." Over the course of the fall semester, 360° Spirit will assist The Children's Rescue Center, Inc. in the renovation of several buildings that are needed for ministry purposes.
